Our Dental Membership Plans

It has been made clear to us that many of our patients don’t have access to dental insurance and those who do aren’t satisfied with the many limitations those plans include. That is why we are excited to offer our own in-house membership plan. A membership plan is NOT dental insurance…it’s better! It offers our patients a way to help make the cost of treatment more affordable to meet all the dental needs of both you and your family.

It is our mission to design healthy and beautiful smiles to last a lifetime. Our number one concern is making sure you have the best possible oral health, which is a critical factor in your overall health and well-being. We care about our patients and that is why we are making it more affordable, while continuing to provide high quality and efficient care.

We offer 4 different membership plans. Dr. Goslin or one of our hygienists would be happy to help determine which plan is right for you.

All the plans include:

• Hygiene Therapy Visits / Periodontal Therapy Visits (Number of visits depends on the Plan you sign up for)
• 2 Dental Exams
• 2 Fluoride Varnish Treatments
• Dental X-Rays Bitewings once per year OR Full Mouth X-Rays / PANO (if needed, recommended every 3-5 years)
• 1 Emergency Visit per year (as needed)

All our Membership Plans also include:

• 10% fee-reduction on all other dental care needed if paid in full, on day of treatment with a yearly maximum of $5000.00 in fee reduction.
• $100 off whitening services of Custom Whitening Trays or Kor Whitening
• $500 off Orthodontic services (membership plan needs to remain active throughout treatment to receive discount.)
