As we are not contractually bound to any insurance company, we request payment at the time of service, and you receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company.  For all patients, regardless of insurance status, we will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.

Accepted forms of payment include check, cash, major credit cards, or our automatic monthly withdrawal plan. For patients who require more extensive care, we are happy to design a payment plan with an appropriate payment schedule.
