Our office is conveniently-located office near Taft Corners in Williston. Keeping convenience in mind, we process insurance claims on your behalf and are happy to work with those who lack coverage. We offer flexible scheduling - including early morning, lunchtime, and after-school appointments.

We process all necessary paperwork to file claims on your behalf to maximize your benefits.
As we are not contractually bound to any insurance company, we request payment at the time of service, and you receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company. For all patients, regardless of insurance status, we will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.
Accepted forms of payment include check, cash, major credit cards, or our automatic monthly withdrawal plan. For patients who require more extensive care, we are happy to design a payment plan with an appropriate payment schedule.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least a 24-hour notice, or a fee will be assessed. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient that needs care.
